Watersports Activities
Find your sense of adventure and join us for our watersports activities.
Our Activities
Lighthouse Watersports Club provides opportunities for people of any age and ability with the opportunity to enjoy paddlesports at an affordable price.
Our year round kayak trips are an ideal introduction to tidal waters on our beautiful local rivers. SUP trips are also available during spring, summer and autumn when we also provide taster sessions on rivers and at Siblyback Lake.
We also provide introductory group sessions for clubs, schools and work events, please contact us for more information. All our trips are suitable to both beginners and experienced paddlers, offering an ideal opportunity to explore local rivers like the Lynher, Fowey and Tamar.
For new paddlers we recommend attending one of our taster sessions before going out on a river. We usually head out from the following locations with qualified instructors who will make your journey enjoyable and fun: Lostwithiel, Lerryn, Wacker Quay, Halton Quay, Fowey and Saltash. The rivers are very beautiful all year round, even in the winter we appreciate the thought of heading out onto the water might not appeal quite so much however, the river offers some of its more stunning views on a crisp Winter’s day. Enjoy the fresh Winter breeze during a peaceful meander along the river’s calm waters, reducing stress and improving health.
Whatever your preference, Kayak or SUP, we have a session that will be perfect, just for you!
