We offer crisis intervention, health and wellbeing support, and are constantly evolving our services to meet the changing needs of our community. From providing practical assistance during difficult times to creating opportunities that improve lives, we are dedicated to helping people build brighter futures.
This commitment was clearly demonstrated throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, when we expanded our support to ensure vulnerable individuals and families received the help they needed. Discover more about the difference we made during this challenging period here.

Emotional Logic Teaching
We provide one to one, family and group Emotional Logic teaching sessions to teach people how to respond to trauma, big or small, equipping them with the skills they need to cope during stressful times. Everyone has Emotional Logic they just need to learn to activate it. If you would like more information or to book a session, please get in touch.
Homeless Soup Run
We believe in changing and shaping lives. The work we do on our Soup Run is aimed at providing a holistic approach to solving some of our society’s biggest challenges. The Plymouth Soup Run is an organisation that cares for the hungry and vulnerable through teams of people from other organisations that go out every night of the week, 365 days and we are one of those teams!

We are dedicated to enriching the lives of the people in our community and we work hard all year long in order to keep things interesting. Our workshops and clubs are fun and engaging. Crisis Support
We support people in our community who are going through a crisis and we're able to provide essential items, but we are also here to listen, provide support or signpost to the relevant organisations that can help. Our Centre is a safe space, where people of all backgrounds can find help, support and be listened to, we know this can make a huge difference.

Food Club & Shop

Our large main room is very warm and inviting, easily adapted to suit the different uses. Got an idea? Let us know.
Café & Kitchen
Having a kitchen onsite enables us to provide food and drinks in the centre, for people who visit the cafe and use our facilities.
