Q: What happens if it’s raining or a particularly bad weather forecast for the day of the booking?

A: If the weather is poor, or the forecast is poor (ie heavy rain or excessive winds) WE RESERVE THE RIGHT NOT TO DELIVER THE INFLATABLES IN THE INTEREST OF HEALTH & SAFETY AND ADVICE FROM OUR INSURANCE COMPANY AND THE BIHA (British Inflatables Hirers Association). However, if this does happen, any deposits or payments made will be refunded in full unlike some other companies.

Q: How do you inflate the bouncy castle when you have delivered it? Will I be able to put it down?

A: Our bouncy castles are inflated using electric fan blowers. They are simply plugged in to a suitable socket in your house or out building; we supply extension cables with all castles so you don't need a socket nearby. To deflate the castle, simply unplug the fan and it will slowly collapse (make sure nobody is using the castle at the time!)

Q: How much space do I need for a bouncy castle?

A: The dimensions of our products are shown in our gallery page, please also allow an additional 5 feet both back and front and at least 2 feet at the sides.

Q: What kind of access do you need when you deliver the castle?

A: The castles are wheeled in to position using a cart, so we will need a standard size path to get the castle in to your garden or venue. If you have a lot of steps or a small entrance to the garden, please let us know it may be possible for us to visit the property beforehand.

Q: Can we hire more than one bouncy castle?

A: Yes as long as you have the space available. This is always good idea when large numbers of people our involved.  The more products you hire the more discount you will receive.

Q: Will the castle be tidy and clean?

A: Yes all our bouncy castles are always cleaned after use and we do ask that you keep them in this condition by allowing nothing to go on the bouncy castle except people, no food or drink.  We pride ourselves in the condition of our bouncy castles.

Q: Can the bouncy castles go indoors?

A: Yes the bouncy castles can go indoors but you must check the height of the ceiling before booking. The ceiling must be higher than the height of the castle booked. Heights of all our castles are shown in our gallery page.

Q: Can you put the bouncy castle up on any surface?

A: Flat grassed areas are the most suitable, we do however avoid loose gravel and chipping's this is because should any of the small stones get between the ground sheet and castle the friction between them can cause lots of damage in a very short time.

Q: Do we pay a deposit?

A: We do require a 25% deposit which is non refundable and covers us for cancellations and loss of hire to another party.

Q: I don't have electricity can I still have a bouncy castle?
A: Yes we have a generator which we provide at an extra cost.

Q: Do you charge for delivery?
A: No, we do not charge for delivery or pick up of the castle within a 10 mile radius, after that we charge just £1 per mile.

Safety matt's are supplied with all our bouncy castles ALSO WE INSIST THAT ALL BOUNCY CASTLES SHOULD BE SUPERVISED BY A SUITABLE ADULT AT ALL TIMES.

Q: Are you fully insured, if a child gets injured who's to blame?

A: We have £5 million public liability insurance which covers us against any damage or injury caused by us incorrectly setting up the equipment or failure of our equipment. It DOES NOT protect against injury, damage or loss caused by reckless or negligent use, malicious damage, poor supervision or altering any setup after delivery, it also does not cover for general accidents through normal use.
